I placed an order for prescription glasses, they arrived quick but I immediately noticed that the prescription was very wrong. I contacted Visual click team and they at first were hesitant to acknowledge that they were wrong but it was very obvious they were.
Anyways after some discussion, they agreed that the prescription was wrong and that i could return the glasses for fixing but that they would only pay 10Euro of the shipping. I said fine, as these already cost a lot what’s an extra bit of money to fix them. I sent it to them as instructed and once it arrived in their country they could not clear it from the customs and informed me that I would have to return the shipment back to my country and then they would give me some additional papers to resend the shipment. I informed them that it was unacceptable for them to expect me to pay for this additional shipping and they agreed to refund me the entirety of the shipping cost that this issue would cause.
I did as instructed and resent the parcel with the new documents, it arrived at their warehouse and they acknowledge they received it and asked me if i wanted a refund or to fix the glasses. At this point it had been 6 months and i had gotten a different set of glasses so i just asked for the refund of the glasses and the cost of shipping as they had promised to pay for that and i sent them all the invoices for that as well. after that i never heard from them again.
I have sent them numerous emails about this and they NEVER respond. It has been 2 months!!
Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Save yourself the headache, don’t shop from them.
Visual click team: if you’re reading this, give me my refund. And don’t give me any BS about not receiving my emails…you were receiving them just fine until i started asking for my money back.
Hello.Since 19th Frebruary, I talked through chat with Visual Click to complaint about a pair of missing glasses in the order 278723. I ordered two pairs plus an anti fog product, and only received one pair and the anti fog product.After several emails, they replied with the info of an ongoing investigation! Until today 10 March.
This is is outrageous.There’s no care about customers and I have no glasses and my money is with them!
I want a refund for those Ray Ban,since I have already bought it on other store.A reliable one.
Think twice before buying.

Placed order in March. Had to chase customer service several times for an update. First got told that order will be with me in the next few days so waited, chased again and got told that is still in production due to extended lead times. After few more days of waiting received cancellation email because model has been discontinued (middle of May). Now waiting almost 2 weeks for refund. Rubbish service. I promise that will never purchase from them again!

Ordered on the Tuesday from the UK and it said they’d arrive within 3 weeks. I got the glasses less than 48 hours after I ordered them, amazing! Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I’m very impressed.

Ordered sunglasses 10 days ago from visual-click, and I have not received them. No notifications of delay. I have repetitively called them and there is no answer. Impossible to contact tried calling and on there chat service. Still no reply. I would not recommend buying from them
I've ordered an Oakley Money Clip (Order No.: 282253) last 08/03/2021. I received the frame/glasses. However, there is something missing. My Oakley Money Clip doesn't have its clip. Emailed them about this, and have received a response from them that they'll an DHL service for frame to be returned to them, then they'll send a new replacement. Received the item back this day, 23/03/2021. However, I'm very disappointed from the first thing that I've received the package. Delivery package looks very the same from the ones that I've sent back to them. Later did I realized from opening the package, that nothing has changed. Same frame with the same problem. And what's even more annoying is that it seems that they didn't even managed to open my returned package to them. From the way the glasses and paper documents, all hasn't been touched. Even the way how the package has been packed. It's same way I packed it before I sent it to them. They just placed a new label on top of the old one, then sent it back to me. Mine is just a minor issue, as I can still use the frame/glasses. However, this speaks of what quality they have with regards with their customer service and aftersales. So potential buyers, beware. They might have a good price with their frames, but I hope you will not have the same experience that I had with them.
Ordered from here and they sent the wrong frames. I emailed and returned using the label they sent but they hadn't provided the right information for customs clearance, I emailed again and they sent another label. The order has been sat in customs clearance for weeks because AGAIN they didn't send the right information. They won't provide DHL with the information they need or pay the clearance for a product they sent out incorrectly in the first place. They won't refund me because they say they can't until they get the product back!! They are now also ignoring my emails and requests for a refund. So I now have no glasses and am out of pocket. Terrible customer service.
